Brian listens to me and encourages me to listen to my own body and what it needs each day. He gives great nutrition advice to help me stay at a healthy weight and targeted exercises to build strength- I always feel like I learn something in our sessions. I look forward to our time together. He has been a very positive influence in my physical fitness journey!
