Brian McInerney is a certified personal trainer and founder of Brian Mack Fitness.   Brian is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. He has a background in sports and he enjoys creating fun and challenging workouts for his clients. Brian believes that fitness is not only a physical activity, but also a mental and emotional one. He strives to motivate his clients to overcome their obstacles and improve their well-being.

Brian has completed the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer Certification, which covers topics such as anatomy, physiology, nutrition, exercise science, and behavior change. He also has a CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross, which ensures that he can provide emergency care in case of cardiac or breathing emergencies.

Brian is currently working as a personal trainer at TRAIN Fitness Studio, where he offers one-on-one sessions, group classes, and online coaching. He specializes in weight loss, strength training, functional training, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). He tailors his programs to each client’s needs, preferences, and abilities. He also provides guidance on diet and lifestyle changes that can enhance the results of the training.
